A Veterinarian of Record Relationship (VORR) closes care gaps in our communities by enabling animal welfare organizations to order drugs and medical supplies under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. The Veterinarian of Record oversees their use even if they are not physically present. You can enter these relationships in many states, based on the veterinary practice act. Local and state laws and regulations apply.
